As project lead, I oversaw and developped my first-ever racing tournament, bringing together aspiring racers, sim enthusiasts, and esports fans under one roof. The challenge was to make digital racing feel as adrenaline-filled as real motorsport — and we succeeded, complete with roaring casters and heart-stopping finishes.

🏎️ Coordinated an open qualification process where hundreds of players competed for a shot at the live stage.

🕹️ Delivered a grand finals show in Milton Keynes that replicated the intensity of a Formula grid, complete with photo finishes.

📡 Broadcast across multiple channels, creating new visibility for sim racing in the UK.

🍟 Fun fact: sim racers drink energy drinks like water. The catering team learned this the hard way.
